Corona Village in Laramie

Huge portions and what we had was excellent! We got ours to go, service was fast, good was hot, and they even give you chips and salsa for free. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Would say it was a little pricey but because the portions were large it evens out.

If you're driving anywhere near Laramie, WY and have a hankering for Mexican food, Corona Village is the only place to stop in southeast Wyoming. From delicious margaritas to cook-to-order Mexican favorites like enchiladas, burritos, tacos, Corona Village does it right. Tuesday Taco night is a must if you're in Laramie. They can seat large parties too. Plan to celebrate your birthday at Corona Village and the whole restaurant will serenade you in Spanish! Maria in the bar mixes up fab pitchers of mango margaritas...ask her for her special mango margarita pitcher and she'll know who sent you! I especially love the quesadilla...it's a cheesy meal or a good app to share. Yes, they even have hamburgers...but don't do it. The Mexican meals...anything on the menu...is the real thing and should not be missed. The "fast food" Corona Village is Andele Rapido...and it's great too. Less ambiance, and faster...you can watch the pros grilling your meat and assembling your plate. They're good!

We drive up from Longmont, Colorado to eat there. Friendly staff, great food & service is top notch! Haven’t had a bad meal & look forward to coming back!

Great food! I was sketchy on trying mexicano food in the north but it seems over the years it's becoming more authentic which is what we get down south. Compliments to the chef keep up the great taste!

The service was great as usual and the food was awesome.

Food is good. Recently ordered for pick up, placed my order at 550pm. I was told my order would be ready in 20 to 25 minutes. I got to the restaurant at 625pm. I had to wait another 25 minutes after paying for my order, to actually receive my dinner. So that told me they didnt even start preparing my order until I got there.

Stopped in on our way across the state and wasn’t sure what to expect but gave it the benefit of the doubt. Very clean restaurant and attentive staff. The food was really good as well. Best rice I’ve had in a long time. Bathrooms are really clean and beautifully decorated. Would definitely recommend if I the area!

My husband and I went for dinner on June 16, 2020. The food and staff are amazing, the restaurant is so pretty and very well decorated. We were stuffed, for our first time eating there, I was really happy, I love Mexican food. ❤️❤️

Ate here recently and the service was poor the night we dined in. Food was okay, very odd they did not put anything on top of my chimichanga when it came out. Very mediocre food and they no longer do the desert whipped topping pieces any more when you pay.

Food was good the first few times I went but the last time it was sub par and the building was under construction and the noise was kind of irritating while we ate. The staff have always been beyond friendly and pleasant. May have just been an off day. Overall I'll give it another try though.

Food was excellent but it usually is. A little shocking with the big section closed up with plastic over the arches... not the same atmosphere at all. Feels closed in and crowded. I understand they're in need of reliable workers. Still, you can get it to go. The bar is open. Prices the same= $12 - $20 for goodly portions. The service was very good. The ENTIRE open portion plastic/taped off just makes it kinda... frumpy?

The service was good and the facilities were clean. The food however didn't have much flavor and definitely did not have any mexican flavoring or spice. Why do mexican restaurants not make authentic mexican food? Disapointed...

I'm baffled. Showed up at 9:15 pm, doors are open and they don't close until 10:00 pm. We walk in and are waiting for about 5 min. Hostess shows up, says just a minute, and goes to the back. Then the manager comes out and says they can't serve us. I ask why not, he says they closed early. I ask about the people in the restaurant eating. He says nope, can't serve you. Funny thing is, everyone working and everyone eating there looked Hispanic. And we are white.

Food is absolutely fantastic, passing through Laramie and wanted to food but was feeling some Mexican food and this is by far the best Mexican restaurant.

Overall a Great Mexican meal. Be careful, platters are large. Easy to share. Order more if you need it.

My husband had the steak dish was very tough couldn't even cut it food has no flavor 😕 server didn't accommodate our check! We won't be back!!

Surprisingly very good food. Fast too. Stopped in traveling so good I came back a month later with friends. We all Loved it! You all are doing something right.

Atmosphere, food, staff - all 5 stars! Juan has served us every time we have visited, and he is always quick & courteous! The food is always on point. The rest of the staff is always helping each other out and keeping tables pre-bussed and cleaned up. Great work ethic and attitudes, combined with a delicious meal! Always happy to visit Corona Village.

Everytime I have been here I have never been disappointed! Great selection of food, awesome margaritas and good atmosphere!

We stop at Corona every time we drive from Denver to Western Wyoming. The food is decent. Good portions. Fantastic service (every time). They just have a really lovely staff. They are also pretty quick on service if you're stopping while driving through. Never more than an hour usually 30-45min. I definitely recommend it if you want a place to eat that is not fast food and easy access on/off I-80.

The shrimp was overcooked and tough I didn't like the sweetness. My daughter's burrito was smothered in a enchilada sauce that tasted like chef boy RD sauce. The quesadillas were good but for 10 dollars they needed more chicken the kids pizza was beans sauce tortillas and cheese my son didn't like it. The chicken tenders where hard as rocks and the skirt steak was cold and overcooked.

Great Mexican food, I enjoyed eating here with my friends after skiing up at snowy range. Totally recommended if you are staying in Laramie.

Got a huge portion of delicious food. I wish I could have finished it all. I got the fajita quesadilla. It was amazing. After we were done with our food, our server even came out with a dessert for us. I highly recommend this place.

This has been my favorite restaurant in Laramie for over 20 years now. It is always an excellent choice for lunch or dinner. Great service and your food is usually ready in a hurry. If you come in for lunch knowing what you want, you can usually be in and out faster and cheaper than at a fast food joint. The salsa is delicious and I enjoy the margaritas when I can. They have some wonderful platters on their dinner menu as well.

Best Mexican food place in Laramie. Steak fajitas were amazing and the service was absolutely wonderful!! We came in an hour before closing and the whole staff was so welcoming and friendly! We will be back, especially to try Taco Tuesday all you can eat tacos for $5.00. We are thankful we found this place!

Worst place ive ever been. Service takes way to long and I feel like they have 12 y/o as servers and none of them actually understand English... Ive even pointed at the drink I wanted and was brought out the wrong drink. Will never go back

We miss you Corona Village! You need to open a Fort Collins CO location! One of our all time favorite restaurants! We love coming here any time we are in Laramie.

We were on a trip home from Denver to Salt Lake City and were starving. We googled places to eat in Laramie and the great reviews of Corona Village enticed us to stop. We were not disappointed. Loved the cleanliness and unique decor of the restaurant. The staff was attentive and helpful and the food was delicious! We talked about how great the experience was for many miles down the road. Would definitely eat here again and highly recommend. Felt very authentic on every level. YUM!
